Nice list… good for you. Naughty list… not so good.
It’s that time of year when you can find out what is moving you forward and keeping those efforts up to be on the Nice List, or realizing what has been holding you back and getting off the Naughty List.
That’s Nice.
There really is a Nice List out there, and you want to be on your customers’ side, and they really need to be on yours, too. What does that mean? Your customers are happy with your services and therefore they are loyal to you and your way of doing business. What more could you ask for in this day and age? And they give you a great testimonial and a shout-out to other potential customers for you… the Nice Guys. It’s not always easy to make this Nice List, but you do everything you can to stay on it.
How to stay on the Nice list:
- Do your part to keep up with those social media posts, and ones that are relevant to what you do, and what you believe that your present and future customers deserve to see and interact with.
- Keep those creative email strategies and relate your goals and your goals for your customers that rings true to both of your business models.
- Give your customers a clear idea of how you would attain their goals via how you plan to reach yours, too—more leads, more signups; interactive video meetings; or more sales.
- Make clear that your company would also help them know their return on investment.
- Acknowledge them for their achievements and their loyalty.
Have you been Naughty?
Some companies need help about what puts them in a bad light with customers and prospects and how they can determine what is holding them back. These are challenging times, and the lack of attention can land you on the Naughty List. If your prospects don’t see you adhering to your brand and staying true to your vision, you may have difficulty earning their trust. Very naughty, indeed.
This is what got you on that dreaded list:
- You didn’t plan for the hurdles and keep ahead of your administration of clients and payroll efforts for your associates.
- Not utilizing your assets, for example, your employees or associates that are stronger in certain levels of expertise than others. Your employees will feel your confidence and will make them better players.
- You were going down the same road that you did before.
- Are you running in circles and not seeming to focus on any one thing or the Nice List?
This is, of course, where a personal or executive virtual assistant comes in, and Aim2Assist.com. Check our Nice List of services and what we can do to get on it. You and your customers will benefit.
