FAQ’s – Virtual Assistants




A Virtual Assistant, is a Personal or Executive Assistant who works remotely. Virtual Assistants can handle virtually all of the same tasks that an in-house assistant provides.





  • Incoming phone calls: Feel free to call your Virtual Assistant regarding tasks, but please do not give their phone number out. Our Virtual Assistants cannot receive incoming calls for you or your business.
  • Sales calls: Our Virtual Assistants cannot do “cold calls.” We can definitely make calls on your behalf, but we cannot pitch your product or make sales calls of any kind.
  • Running Errands: Aim2Assist is a “virtual” company. Even if by coincidence, the Virtual Assistant is based in Client’s area, he/she is not permitted to run errands for clients under any circumstances.
  • Shipping and/or receiving packages on clients’ behalf: Clients may send packages to their VA for the VA’s personal use such as gifts or supplies being used for Client purposes, however, VA’s are not permitted to ship packages on clients’ behalf under any circumstances.
  • Inappropriate tasks: Our Virtual and Executive Assistants will not handle any tasks that are explicitly personal and private in nature.





Our plans start at $360 per month and increase based on the number of hours you subscribe to. We also provide hourly packages that allow you to utilize our services on an “as needed” basis. Specialized services are priced on an ad hoc basis. Your Virtual Assistant can provide a quote for these services.

In addition to hiring only candidates with the right skills and experience to be a great assistant, our Virtual Assistants go through a two-week long coaching course designed to instruct and test them on topics such as effective communication, scheduling, online research, technical abilities, creativity and resourcefulness. Yes! Your Virtual Assistant can make one-time as well as recurring purchases for you. We also have a 2-step approval process for very large purchases for your security.





We use 1Password to store all sensitive information such as credit cards, social security numbers, passwords and more. No one else will ever have access to your information, and if you decide to cancel your plan it will be immediately deleted. We vet each candidate as if we are hiring for our own team. Each candidate has multiple interviews with one of our recruiters. Prior to placement of a candidate, we offer in depth background checks and references checks. All of our candidates are found through an extensive nationwide database, referrals, our relationships across various industries, and through headhunting.





Yes. We offer competitive referral fees if you refer a client or candidate to us and we successfully make a placement with the person or company you refer. Please inquire for more details.





All candidates must have a minimum of ten years of experience working in one (or more) of the types of support level roles that we staff. We also ask that you provide a minimum of three references from past employers, and pass a background check. To apply for our roles, you must also be able to work legally in the US, and be able to provide documentation.





We pride ourselves on making the best match for the client’s needs and your career trajectory. Our goal is to analyze your experience and compare it to the available position requirements to see if there is a match. We receive hundreds of applications and do our best to respond to each one accordingly. We do not guarantee placement, however, we do our best to provide you with a resource to navigate your job search.





Candidates never pay any fee to Aim2Assist. There is no registration fee and when candidates are placed in a position, they become the direct employee of that company and are paid by the employer. Employers will also pay the candidate directly for any trial period.
