About Us

What our Clients are saying about us...

“Mary and her team are on top of everything I need to get done. From scheduling multiple busy stakeholders to researching products, restaurants, venues for meetings. They turn around things quickly, never ever let a task pass undone. Very impressive and my secret weapon for my business!”

Lucie Richter
Senior Partner, Future Medical Systems

“Over the past 15+ months, my team and I have worked closely with Mary in a variety of capacities. The pride she takes in delivering a first class experience for not only us, but more importantly our customers as well, is the total difference-maker. She is prompt, courteous, owns her mistakes (as rare they may be), and asks the right clarifying questions. She approaches her work and is building a business with a degree of thoughtfulness not found in many other places. She is an extension of our brand and I would not hesitate to recommend her & team to help promote yours.”

“Fast, furious and amazing – we couldn’t execute on all our tasks without the support of Mary at Aim2Assist.”

Shaherose Charania
CEO and Co-Founder, Women 2.0

“Aim2Assist has been a godsend for our company. They have supported us as we’ve grown from 15 people to 150. The ability of Mary and her team to scale and adapt is unlike anything I’ve seen from a virtual assistant team in the past. The VAs are responsive, proactive, and able to learn quickly as our executive team identifies places where they need support.

Talk to Aim2Assist. Bring their VAs in for a bit. You will quickly find them indispensible and realize the ROI in not paying your company leadership to do administrative tasks.”

Kayless (Nic Wissman)
Practice Lead, Customer Success, Trussworks, Inc.

“Mary and the team at Aim2Assist were terrific for my business. The team handled my business and personal scheduling, research and communication, and tracking and follow-up of financial payments and accounts. As part of my company domain, Aim2Assist communicated with my clients, who were happy to know they were working with a larger company with support staff that could take on their needs. The service was invaluable as a personal assistant, from handling family schedules, researching medical services, making appointments and more. Having the team as a business resource made me more successful with less stress. I highly recommend them!”

Leadership

GOD  Founder / Chairman of the Board

Also known by a few timeless aliases—Alpha & Omega, Creator of Heaven and Earth, King of Kings, and, on occasion, “Help!”—God brings infinite wisdom, unmatched leadership, and an eternal perspective to His role as Chairman of the Board at Aim2Assist.

With a résumé that includes creating the universe in six days (and modeling the importance of rest on the seventh), parting seas, calming storms, and managing a global team of imperfect humans with remarkable patience, His qualifications speak for themselves. He’s never missed a meeting, never been surprised by a challenge, and never once needed to update His LinkedIn profile. He is the standard. And yes—even God understands the value of work-life balance.

God’s leadership style? 100% servant-hearted. He leads with love, corrects with grace, and empowers with purpose. He is omniscient, omnipotent, and omnipresent—which also means He sees the spreadsheets you haven’t filled out and the meetings you meant to schedule. Still, He’s merciful.

Under His guidance, Aim2Assist was founded not just as a business, but as a calling—to serve others well, to uplift people with talent and purpose, and to remind us all that faith and work are never meant to be separate. He directed the vision, inspired the mission, and continues to bless the hands doing the work.

Though He doesn’t micromanage (unless you count knowing the number of hairs on our heads), His presence is felt in every decision, every value, every interaction. When God is your Chairman, you don’t just build a company—you build something eternal.

At Aim2Assist, we follow His lead as best we can: to act justly, love mercy, and walk humbly with our God… preferably with a good Wi-Fi signal.

Mary Marsh  Co-founder / CEO / CFO

Mary Marsh co-founded Aim2Assist in December 2014. With decades of business experience behind her, she had seen firsthand the challenges startups and small businesses face in hiring and affording in-house support. That insight, paired with her desire to create meaningful remote work opportunities, inspired her to launch a faith-based company built on service, integrity, and flexibility—helping talented professionals work from home or anywhere.

Before Aim2Assist, Mary founded and operated Industrial Design and Drafting Services, a mechanical, structural, and electrical engineering firm she ran successfully for over 21 years. Prior to that, she served as executive assistant to the heir of Dow Chemical, supporting high-profile board members including Rodman Rockefeller and Edmund de Rothschild.

Mary brought to Aim2Assist not only her professional expertise, but also the strong work ethic and faith-based values instilled in her growing up in a large Christian middle-class family. Under God’s direction—and wearing all the hats herself in the early days—she helped build the company from the ground up. Today, Aim2Assist has grown significantly, but its culture still reflects the values she holds dear: hard work, humility, excellence, and unwavering trust in God.

Mary and her team remain deeply committed to serving both their clients and their contractors—believing their success is directly tied to how well they care for others. Guided by the principle “love your neighbor as yourself,” Mary continues to lead with compassion, dedication, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in every interaction.

“So we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him.”   – 1 John 4:16
