How can we help you?

case study

Beth M. was always into numbers. After years (and years) of study and tests, she finally was a CPA. On top of that, she had a great job at a major accounting firm. As time went by her love of numbers was strong, but her current day-to-day less so. What kept her happy was travel.

Beth loved to explore new places and liked meeting the people at her hotels like the chefs, the concierge and everything in-between. Those travel moments added up and Beth realized she wanted to keep those good times going by working with small businesses and focusing on the hospitality industry.

Beth was able to save over 2K in billable hours by using Aim2Assist

Soon Beth struck out on her own and opened a boutique accounting firm focused on hotels, restaurants and event planners. She opened in the spring and things started heating up! Summer came and went and Beth knew the holidays were just around the corner–the time of year where hotels and restaurants do their biggest business.

Beth knew it was a chance to make her business known and an opportunity to create relationships. But August came and she was slammed. And who plans a holiday party in August? Then September came. And October. Beth started to panic.

Aim2Assist handled it all. Beth only had to send the guest list.

She knew that her hospitality clients have very limited time during the holidays and they were already getting invites. She had to act fast. So she called her Aim2Assist VA Sarah and told her: “I need to plan a holiday party in November for business clients. I have to send out invites in the next few days. I have no time. Help!”

Sarah got the guest list from Beth and went to work.

Aim2Assist VA Sarah designed an invite on a platform that does evites and also prints and mails so Sarah arranged for the matching printed invites to be sent to Beth’s best VIP’s. The RSVP email response was to Sarah so she could keep track.

A2A VA Sarah sourced holiday food options and Beth (to save costs) hired a bartender but had platters of appetizers delivered.

She found unique whiskey’s for a whisky bar and also found specialty glasses to make the right impression on her restaurant guests.

A2A VA Sarah had holiday decor, glasses and utensils delivered from a local rental place and arranged for it to be picked up.

And latly, Sarah booked a cleaner for next day clean up!

In all, Beth only did about 1-2 hours of work to plan her business party. She saved over 2K in billable hours while her Aim2Assist VA did the organization and follow up!
