Thank you from Aim2Assist

Today is a very special day.   A day where you can say thank you to all of the Administrative Professionals who help you stay organized, on task and who are your right hand.  These professionals do everything they can to help you be a more successful YOU!  Here at Aim2Assist, we would like to extend a warm THANK YOU to all of our Virtual Assistants for all of their hard work and dedication in assisting our clients to be more productive and successful in all of their personal and professional endeavors.

We would like to shine the spot light on our own Leslie Pfieffer, a top notch, brilliant, multi-talented virtual assistant who has been with Aim2Assist for one year, and as well, an Executive Assistant for more than 13 years providing her with essential experience in excellent problem solving, organizational & critical thinking skills!

Leslie is a mother of two “wonderfully rowdy” boys and a Cane Corso.  Leslie currently works for 3 clients on the West Coast; however, they do travel often so Leslie typically begins her day at 10am and works on and off until 9pm.  She is so happy to have the flexibility to work from home AND with such a great team here at Aim2Assist, it’s so much easier to achieve that work-life balance.  “Even though we are miles apart I know if I need anything they are just a click away and more than willing to lend a helpful hand.”

We asked Leslie to share some advice with any new Virtual Assistants out there settling in and trying to find their “comfort zones”.

“My advice for new VA’s is to get a schedule/routine down.  It makes it so much easier to stay on task and helps balance your personal life with work if you keep your day structured just like you would at an actual office.  If I need to run errands or want to exercise, I place time slots on my calendar like I would a meeting and build my work day around it.  You also need to make sure you set clear boundaries for your clients so they know when you are available for business and when you are off the clock. It’s so tempting to jump at their every request regardless of time (especially when you are first starting out and trying to make a great impression) but when you start adding 3 or 4 clients it can get really crazy and it’s harder to reign someone back once they have had free reign of your time so it’s best to set boundaries up front.”

Thank you Leslie for all of your hard work, dedication and commitment to making not only your current clients happy, but our entire team!

Thank you Leslie Pfieffer
